10 Supine barbell rows

Part B:
4 x 20 Renegade rows
1 x Max wide grip pull-ups after each set

Part C:
5 rounds each
Partner 1: 10 Plate raises to hold
Partner 2: 10 Dumbbell shrugs
Synchro carry and return, then switch.
