Partner 1: 50′ sled push down
Partner 2: 10 Kettlebell sumo deadlift high-pulls, 2/1.5 pood
Partner 1: 50′ sled push back
Partner 2: 10 Kettlebell sumo deadlift high-pulls, 2/1.5 pood
Partner 1: 10 Kettlebell sumo deadlift high-pulls, 2/1.5 pood
Partner 2: 50′ sled push down
Partner 1: 10 Kettlebell sumo deadlift high-pulls, 2/1.5 pood
Partner 2: 50′ sled push back

Once partner 1 finishes the sled push, partner 2 goes. Keep alternating so that work and rest are always even.
