AMRAP 8
5 Sandbag squats
50-ft Sandbag carry
5 Sandbag squats

Rest 5 minutes, then

Hang from bar for 6 minutes
Every time you drop, perform 5 sandbag squats

Goal is to see how long you can go without dropping the sandbag or coming off the bar.
