Each team member completes 1 set of max unbroken wallballs

“Santa’s Evil Sleigh”
Row as far as possible in 10 minutes as a team with 1 member working at a time

“Grinch Stole My O2”
Relay style
21-15-9
Box jump
Russian kettlebell swing

“Winter Wonderland”
One member working at each movement at all times to complete
100 cals Ski erg
100 Burpees

“Stars Overhead”
5 minutes to move ‘max weight’ from shoulder to overhead
One person working at time, bar cannot touch the ground
