Our methodology is designed for anyone at any fitness level. Our workouts transform the mind, body, and spirit, and focus on a challenging, realistic, and measurable journey toward big, holistic change.

I joined Motown a little more than a year ago – right after moving to the area and right before COVID. In that time, Motown has been the difference in my health. My job in Pharma went fully work-from-home soon after the move – which was great in most aspects except the sitting at a desk all day sedentary lifestyle. Motown was the only constant in that time, from outdoor workouts to Zoom workouts to responsible and safe in-person workouts to various wellness seminars, each aligned to the evolving situation and each providing its members tons of options. Now as we move towards normalcy, I continue to start each morning at Motown and feel like I am in the best shape of my life. Along the way, I’ve met some amazing coaches and a welcoming community. “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit”. Motown has become that habit.


Motown has become so much more than just where I go to workout. It’s where I go to be present with myself and work on my physical and mental health. The coaches are incredibly encouraging and always meet you where you’re at. Not only that, but the people- oh the people make Motown what it is. An inviting, hardworking, encouraging group of individuals I consider myself lucky to sweat, smile and succeed with every day.
